Refunds & cancellations
Fair rules for both sides.
Cancelling before work starts
You can cancel free of charge any time before payment is confirmed. If you have paid but work has not started, we refund the full amount minus any transfer fees.
Cancelling after work starts
Once your order is In Progress, a 50% fee applies to cover work already done. Once a draft has been shared for Review, the order is non-refundable.
Quality issues
If the delivered work does not match the agreed brief, tell us within 7 days and we will revise it at no extra cost within the included revision rounds.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are returned to the same mobile money or bank account used for payment, normally within 5 working days. Contact us with your Order ID to request one.
