Terms of service

Please read these terms before placing an order. By ordering you agree to them.

1. Orders

An order is created when you submit the order form and receive an Order ID. Work begins once payment is confirmed by our team. Turnaround times are estimates measured from payment confirmation and receipt of all required materials (audio, references, text).

2. Pricing & payment

All prices are in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) and are shown before you order. Payment is made via the instructions provided after ordering (mobile money or bank transfer). Please include your Order ID as the payment reference. We do not store card or mobile-money PINs.

3. Revisions

Each service includes the number of revision rounds listed on its page. Additional revisions or changes in direction after approval may be quoted separately.

4. Your materials

You confirm you have the rights to any audio, images, logos or text you upload. You are responsible for clearing samples and third-party content. We may decline material that is unlawful or infringes others' rights.

5. Delivery & usage rights

Final files are delivered through a download link on your order tracking page. Once fully paid, you receive a licence to use the delivered work for your music release, promotion and social media. CUSTAR may show the work in its portfolio unless you ask us not to.
